I’ve looked through the wiring diagrams (on CD ROM) and can’t find where these 4 wires are shown. They’re located on the drivers side just forward of the firewall above the power distribution box. The 7-way trailer connector has functionality. Thank you for your input!
Those are upfitter wires, used by commercial upfitters to add accessories to the vehicle. I'm sure somebody will chime in as to where the other end of those wires connect. I didn't use mine so I can't say for sure.
The ends under the dash should come out near the OBD2 port. Just wires pre installed so you don’t have to run any through the firewall for accessories.
