I have a 85 Bronco in that will become a project in the near future. I bought a 2010 F150 with plans to pull the 5.4 and install it and the supporting computer equipment into the Bronco. After some discussion with my mechanic buddies the thought came up to lift the Bronco body and set it on the shortened 2010 truck frame.
I was wondering if anyone had tried this type of retro fit project?
The body repairs are going to take a long while (1year or more at my pace) but I’m thinking I would save a lot of time and money with the 2010 motor running gear swap.
