I've been a member here at FTE for 11 years and this is my 10,000th post!
I joined to ask questions about the mighty EX and how it would do as a tow vehicle for our planned first camper, I stayed because the members here were so incredibly helpful and welcoming to a new guy who had never owned a Ford before. I have stopped by to read and comment here almost every day since then, and man have I learned a lot about these big wagons! All thanks to the great group here.
I have had the opportunity to meet several folks from here in person (who have all been awesome people that I wish could be my neighbors) and feel that I have many more friends here that I just haven't met YET, but we will be doing a lot more traveling soon so I'll be reaching out to meet up as we wander the country.
I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU with this milestone post to this special online community that we all share here, it's like being at home with family whenever I visit the EX forum.
Congratulations Tom, you are a wealth of knowledge to the Excursion family, especially when it comes to towing or how gear ratio changes can effect our Rigs. I find myself always reading a post that you or Pirate, among others comment on because I know the information provided will always be right on. 👍🏼 Here’s to the next 10,000!!!!!!
Congrats!! The cool thing is those are 10000 posts of content, which all of us appreciate. If your travels bring you to CO, say hello! I've met exactly zero folks from here, and would love to.
Congratulations Tom ! You are a HUGE asset to this forum. I feel like lately, we have had other great members here move on, and that disappoints me (....but I understand). I hope you are here for awhile longer before you also move on. I still look forward to a day when you guys wander up to NH to camp !!

We are all neighbors, some of us just have some dipwads Next Door in between.
Congrats on the 10K marker! See you on down the road.
Congrats Tom.
You're a fixture here at FTE. When I first joined a few months ago, I quickly saw your contributions across almost every topic. You've responded to me directly too!
Thanks for all you've shared and done for our benefit.
