A C6 ?

I gotta buy a C6 Neutral safety switch - What is the difference in the ones offered by year, price, connector plug style, C4-C6 the same? In my case a 73-74 Tbird going in a 56 f100.

Well post 77 they were mounted on the transmission and previous they were on the column.

Can I use a tranny mount, clean out of the way install?
