That is a 70-72 Sport Custom and Explorer Trim piece. LMC or DC will have that piece, hardware and the tailgate if you wanted to buy all reproduced items. 70-70 Ranger and Ranger XLT are different yet and neither is reproduced at this time. The Ranger trim is an aluminum stamping with F0ORD in Black letters on a brushed aluminum finish. That is the one I have, but not correct for my 68. The Ranger XLT has has smaller raised FORD letters on an aluminum trim piece with a wood grain decal. 70's over the top trim comes to mind when you see it with the fat side trim to go with it.
