+9 degrees of caster will track great at high speeds. It will also quite noticeably increase the steering effort, and also compromise the handling in a corner (and tire wear) because when the steering wheel is turned, the tire will be tilted on its edge instead of sitting flat on the contact patch... I would have recommended +3 or at most +4 degrees.
On the other hand, our trucks are not known for cornering capability, and if you're happy with tire life and the way it drives, why worry...

I do have to lean into it to turn on the freeway, but I can also make a u-turn on the street with one hand. The front tires are wearing evenly. Maybe a little fast or it could be the inexpensive tires I'm running. I'm pretty happy with the way it drives. Maybe I have an acceptable contact patch because I am running 31X10.5x15's at 30 psi. It sticks pretty well.
