After the dealer resealed the upper oil pan,I noticed a little difference in the shifter on the column.now today I seen that it will not go all the way to manual 1manual 2 is as far as it will go.is it suppose to go all the way?
Sounds like they took the linkage loose to get to the oil pan and didn't get it put back together right.
Take it back and have them fix what they screwed up.
