Front hitch

Anyone know if you can install a front hitch on the diesel? There are a couple of hitch options that fit F150's however I have no idea if there is anything (i.e. intercooler) in the way that would prevent one of these bolt on hitches from bolting up.

Any help is appreciated..

I would contact the hitch manufacturer directly. They designed the hitch and likely know.
