flickering lights

flickering lights
My lights (interior) blink on & off. Well, more bright & dim than on & off. I measured a fluctuation of 2-2 1/2 volts. It's constant, like a turn signal relay. Any ideas?? I put my lights on relays & they work great.

well, as you probably have already guessed; I'm going to suspect a grounding problem.
