2006 e350 compatibility wirh f350
I have a 2006 f350 parts vehicle and a friend has a 2006 e350 ambulance. Both are diesel duallies.
Her ambulance (converting to tiny house) just got failed for a bunch of things on the annual safety (it had passed safety 5000km ago, thinking it was a sham safety. She had a bunch of issues, including rear springs, brakes, e-brake, etc.
Can we drop the rear end and springs out of the f350 and put it under the e350?
Are any of the front end components the same?

Pretty sure its a cab and chassis f350, it has a flatdeck on it...
