I have a 2006 f350 parts vehicle and a friend has a 2006 e350 ambulance. Both are diesel duallies.
Her ambulance (converting to tiny house) just got failed for a bunch of things on the annual safety (it had passed safety 5000km ago, thinking it was a sham safety. She had a bunch of issues, including rear springs, brakes, e-brake, etc.
Can we drop the rear end and springs out of the f350 and put it under the e350?
There are frame and axle width differences between cab and chassis trucks and regular pickups so if the F350 is a pickup you need to measure axle with and spring spacing to verify.

Pretty sure its a cab and chassis f350, it has a flatdeck on it...
