It's certainly not worth $7000 US dollars in the US. I have no idea what projects like this go for on your side of the pond. It really depends on location and what local folks are used to looking at. Where I live out west, that would be considered pretty far gone and one would be lucky to get more than $500 for it. On the East coast where this level of rust is more typical, it may command more. It needs a lot of work, but nothing that a ton of money and time won't fix. It all depends on how hard you want to work for it. It has rust in all the typical places, and more, there's just more of it.
Thats the difference, the pond in between. Here you mostly don't find projects like this, as no one gets them over to Europe.. the next one, which is available is also not so cheap:
Projects are hard to find where I live due to use of road salt and damp environment. True value is in the hundreds USD as a few panels and maybe the cab could be repaired. With patience somebody desperate for a project might pay about $1000 USD here. One would be better off if they found something more restorable even if they spent half of the $7000 shipping it from wherever.
I have purchased trucks in better shape for several hundred dollars because I needed a couple parts off it. Sell a few more parts then off to the recycler.
