1973 f-350 super camper special
So I bought a 1973 f350 super camper special as my first truck. Recently it’s been having trouble with the 302 that is in it (original owner blew up the 390). I was just curious about how much it would cost to get the engine rebuilt because it runs strong and only problems appear to be gaskets and seals that I can’t work on. I’ve seen prices range from $500 to $3000 but was curious how much it would cost for a place to just clean the engine and replace seals and gaskets and keep it basically stock.

That is something you will need to ask the place you want to work on the truck. Take the truck there and tell them what you want done and ask for a price quote. They should do this for free. Prices will vary from place to place as labor rates are different as well as the cost of parts depending on where they get them from.
