I've been trying to track my 2022 SD order and I've seen references to the Blue Oval forum which I've tried to get an account on but have been unable. Further research indicates it's for Ford employees only. Am I missing something?
Cheers
The site has been down all day. I noticed it down the other day for a little while, too. I think the servers are too small to handle the traffic.
There are sections of the site reserved for Ford employees only, but the majority is for anyone interested in FoMoCo and it's products. A lot of stuff about the internal workings of Ford, especially ordering vehicles (of all kinds) production issues, tracking and all that. I check in there a lot, but once my truck gets here I'll likely not visit there again just for lack of need.
I've been trying to get an account for about 5 days and get to the "send confirmation email" to verify my information but I never receive the confirmation email. Very frustrating.

I had that same problem a couple months back. I never got the confirmation. I tried multiple e-mail addresses, and then I finally gave up. I went to the site another time, and to my surprise, it showed me as logged in. Haven't had a problem since.
I do wonder if they stopped taking people.
Everyone just goes to get that one guy to tell them their order info and then never go back. Many were rude or didn't read the rules.
I was on there for that and also for the forum part but it was so slow and no new traffic on the truck end that I finally left.
You're not going to learn anything new on your order anyway.
IMO the site reminds me of the morgue. pretty dead there and the few Mods seem to have an attitude and too many rules.. If you join, you have to have X amount of posts before anyone will help you. I never got an attitude from anyone, but that's my opinion from reading posts and the member / mod replies. Spent a couple weeks there but once I got my truck I've never gone back.. Much better here.
You can call Ford Corp and simply ask about your truck via vin number. My experience is..One person will tell you to contact the dealership in which you ordered the truck...Hang up, call back and the next person will give you more info. Hit n miss...just like the trucks..HA
