Anyone got the Auveco fastener numbers for the 3/8-24 bolts that attach the hood hinges to the body and the 3/8-24 bolts that attach the hood to the hinges? 1963 F100.
Might make a difference if you desire black oxide or yellow zinc dichromate....also dog points available as well as body bolts with captive washers. Sorry...I really didn’t answer your question but, point is, Auveco has a great downloadable catalog that’s worth having on your computer desktop, assuming that its still available.

I prefer the yellow zinc. I have some factory bolts and may wind up getting them replated. I think I’m missing one or two. I repaired the cowl today in one spot where one of the hinge anchor nuts spun. The PO hacked a hole to get a wrench on the nut.
373162-S .. Bolt - Hinge to Body ~ 3/8" -16 x 1 1/8" / Obsolete
378288-S2 .. Bolt - Hinge to Hood ~ 3/8" -16 x 1.00" / Obsolete
No one has any.
The local Auveco rep is Bernie Angeloni, I ran into him several years ago at Ed Butts Ford in La Puente.
Bernie said when he handed me a catalog: "I don't want to deal with your old car buddies, because they want to buy, for example...several bolts, instead of the entire package."
He used to live in the Valley, but I don't know if he still does. I no longer have the catalog and most of the older parts were no longer listed.
