I have a bad 4r100 and the id tag is missing. There are 2 options for my 2000 e350 5.4l for a replacement. Prb-cz and prb-bh tag codes. Anyone know the difference?

The ability to describe what went into building your van via the VIN didn't begin until after 2000. Best to check the door tag and obtain the code for which transmission was part of the original build. That tag looks like this:
