Cover on bumper

Cover on bumper
How do I properly remove cover on bumper, 2003 lincoln navigator, without breaking the clips.... I would like to keep the cover on when not in use.....! Just recently purchased this one used., I owned a 2004 Ford explorer prior too this, wasn't fancy enough for a built in cover..! 😂

Two things Bonnie. 1.
