About to take her across the country, did a compression test today just to see where the old girl is at. I got it at ~ 180k, past maintenance history very questionable, she's at 202k now. 2009 f150 with the 2v 4.6.

Anything over 100 psi is good. There can and will be variations between cylinders especially with high miles. If the truck is running good, roll with it. Oh and those plugs look normal.
