Saw an 08 at the junkyard with the aluminum rear end cover. I’m sure I can get it for under 20 bucks but not sure if the bolt pattern is the same for the SRW axle. Looks pretty nice and wouldn’t have to work about keeping it painted also have seen some posts claiming it offers better cooling capacity. Figured I’d ask on acct it’s over 200 from Ford last I looked.

There was a SRW cover in the same style starting in 2008. It's part 8C3Z-4033-A.

 

Does not seem the junkyard part will work. /confirmed with the part number provided above.
