Dash light help
1995 f250 5.8 4x4
Driving home the other night I lost my lights on my instrument panel. The gauges still work just no illumination. I looked at some fuses under the steering wheel and they were not blown. I’m wondering where I should start looking

Check the thumb wheel(for lack of educational words) under headlight switch, my wifey and her 19QVC rings, slowly bump the wheel to get dimmer each time, she turns the headlights on, and I get in and O! Carp! no dash(ding, ding) wifey rings(again) and I turn thumb wheel up and life is wonderful again...at least til she drives truck.
