Tremor wheels are just the 2020 STX wheels painted black. Nothing special about them. They don't sit flush with the flares on a Tremor. They'll fit your truck just fine.
I am pretty sure these are the same wheels just not black. This is with the 285/75-18 Tremor sized Duratracs on. They are in the fenders as they should be, the rears seem like they set in slightly more but the truck looks great IMO.
I thought I had read that the Tremor wheels had a slightly different offset though so the tires would fit better with the flares, but haven't confirmed that. My truck doesn't have the flares and I think the fit is about perfect. I can still run tire chains with the mud flaps and not tear anything up.
Here is a pic of Tremor take offs on my 22 CCLB. Tremors are all 8 lug. Also note that the black caps for the wheels have holes that the lug nuts poke out through. This is different than the chrome caps where the lugs are completely covered. Front end is slightly raised due to the Sumo springs I installed. But the 35" tires fit just fine, no rubbing at all. The weird thing is after I calibrated with Forscan for the larger tires and have been driving around for a bit. I noticed my mileage seems to have gone up around 1mpg. I don't get it, but its true based on lie o meter (which I still need to recalibrate) and hand calc.

Thanks for that pic.
My 2017 f350 Platinum 6.2 SRW.... it has stock Platinum rims, both front and back have no caps. Wheel caps maybe just for diesel trucks? My front has a outer chrome ring that snaps in over the hub manual lock, and rear just has a removable plastic center piece, so that you can snap it out and switch rims from front to back... for tire roatation.
I guess what I'm asking is.... are my lug nuts/wheel studs from the 6.2 gas, the same length as the lug nuts/wheel studs that come from the factory with the tremor package? or do the lug nuts/wheel studs have extra length or threads to make up for the cap thickness?
I'm pretty sure everything from the lugs to the thread/studs is the same.

Ok lets try to define terms because I'm not following you very well.
When I say "cap" I'm talking about the plastic bits that snap onto the wheels. They stay there by holding onto the lugnuts.
From looking at pictures of 2022 F-350s of various trims. It looks like the 2022 F-350 platinum trim has the same lug nuts as the Tremors. It also looks like the "caps" are the same style, where the lug nuts aren't covered by the caps. The only difference in the caps I think is that Platinum gets chrome vs Tremor getting black ones. Did that answer your question?
IIRC the 350s all have the same running gear after the transmission regardless of motor. The 250s with Tremor package are basically just 350s with 250 badges.

It sounds like you have the Platinum wheels that were used for a period of time, that did not have a removable center cap. They were also the only wheels that could not be interchanged from Sterling to Dana rear end.
The lug nuts that are used for a wheel that has a removable center cap, like the Tremor wheels, have a lip that allows the center cap to attach to. The lugs that are used for those specific Platinum wheels may or may not have that lip. Can you post a picture? Or google Super Duty lug nuts and compare them.
