For as much bs as I spew, I at least follow through on some things. I followed a thread on this website where one aero owner created lift spacers and lifted his van. I followed that design, got the needed pieces for the spacer and it works, it works very well. The new coils I got added about an additional inch of height, the spacers are around 4" in height. I will post more detailed photos later and the process of installing these spacers when I get to the other side of the rear axle.
Do you happen to have the specs for the Lesjofors springs? From what I can see their technical pages require an account to login.
I got ahold of the specs for the Mevotech SMS845V and they match the Moog CC845 specs. I wonder if the Lesjofors are the same?
A 101 LB spring rate seems crazy low to me. I am wanting to find longer/stiffer springs for a lift to avoid using spacers.
The rear springs sit rearward of the axle load point, so it has less leverage against it from the load. And it's designed for 4.7" to 6" compression at normal ride height. So that's about 600 pounds of spring load, scaled up by whatever lever arm ratio at the axle. But it probably is a little low for heavy hauling.

how strong are the trailing arms for the rear end? I’ve been messing around with the idea of swapping the rear over to leaf springs for the sake of simplicity, I’ve searched for aftermarket arms with a similar design but nothing pops up.
The lower trailing arms are made of stamped steel, and they aren't very strong on their own. Once I had to have my van towed, and the tow truck driver secured it to the bed using chains around the lower control arms. That actually twisted the arms, and it took some effort for me to twist them back to something close to straight.
If you want stronger arms, you will have to make them yourself, as I don't think anyone in the aftermarket makes any. Or you can take some measurements and see if any other arms will fit.

Originally I wanted to know if any explorer or ranger knuckles would swap over so I could run a D35 sla, they seem like they’ll fit. However it seems that the bottom ball joint won’t fair well, if the lower ball joints on the explorer/ranger knuckles are flipped then the bore taper will make them incompatible.
But Im now curious about the hubs from those models itself, the hub seems to have the same bolt spacing. Do you think those hubs would be compatible if I were to bore out the mating surface on the stock knuckle?
I've never looked too closely at the details of the hub. Which bolt spacing were you referring to? Mine is a 4wd, so the hub is quite different from the 2WD version.

the bolt spacing on the hub itself, mines a 4wd as well.
Sorry, I had not looked too closely at the knuckles of Explorer or Ranger. But the upside down lower ball joint does make swapping difficult. Maybe the early Ranger models will match. But you're still stuck with the small brakes.

I was wrong about the ball joint orientation, I’m grabbing a steering knuckle and dana35 sla half shaft from the junkyard soon to see how it’ll fit. If the knuckle swaps on without a hitch, then I’ll have my big brakes.
