I just recently bought a 1974 F250 with a 4 speed and 360. The 360 isnt much of a powerhouse and would like to upgrade. I have acess to a 1994 f250 with a 351 efi and zf5 4wd and would like to swap it. I know I will need to put in the wiring harness and change motor mounts, what all else would it take. Would it work?

The 351w at 210hp is no powerhouse either, the 360 actually makes more torque. If you are going to spend the money on a engine swap do a real engine swap.
Ive been looking and found a 351w with head work, intake, carb, flat top pistons, and a cam can do about 350-400 hp and 400 ft lb. Would it be a simple bolt on with a bellhousing and motor mounts?
You might post this under the engine swap forum, you'll get more attention. The short answer is yes it can and has been done. Daveracity did it in his shortbox 78. Truck runs really good. I know you asked if it could be done and didn't ask for opinions but I'm going to give you my 2 cents. Sell the 351 and use the money for stroker kit for the 360 and either make a 390, 428, or even a 445 and it won't disappoint. If your doing the 351W it because you can then so be it, but bang for the buck IMO is stick with the FE.
Do you want efi or more power? Many more powers are available from your FE, relatively easily.. decent cam, intake and headers/exhaust system will put a smile on your face..
if you want more power and overdrive, sell the 351w, zf5, and get an nv4500.. not because they're better necessarily, but it's a lot easier to adapt then vs the zf which has an integral bellhousing, and the nv doesn't..
And if you want efi, you could keep the fe and do that.. the eec-iv method of fuel injection is extremely adaptable, and easily tunable, with aftermarket ecu.. PM me if you want me to go into details on that one..
It's all what you want, the 351 is a great platform, but you would be disappointed with it in stock form with stock ECU efi..
