85/87 Conversion

I am converting my 85 F-150 with an 87' model. I am in the process of changing over the cab, transmission and I6 300 into my 85'. Spent all weekend converting part after part to fit on my truck. My old cab was a rust pile and is now replaced with a nice clean cab with all new instruments. Everything between the 2 trucks is complete opposites because of all the upgrades they added in 87. So I can keep the old look with new technology. I had a single-barrel carb and now I have replaced it with the EFI I6. Coming really close to being able to see if it turns over and that all the hours on my back do not go down the drain. The conversion has been fairly simple just incredibly time consuming and my biggest problem in the wiring. I changed all wiring and now I have the wrong wiring harness to connect my lights. I spliced my headlights and placed the old connector on to fit my headlights however my backlights and signals I have not a clue to fix them. So what would be the best way to go about getting my lights to work. I have thought to either splice them, or find the wiring to the lights from another 87 model. What to do? Well my project is coming along well. After I make the conversions I am leveling the truck, adding new headers and dual exhausts, new paint job, new wood bed, and then whatever else I can think of. Of coarse after I find that pot of gold under the rainbow will I be able to afford to do this. Taking pictures on the conversion and will post them shortly!
