E450 2008+ front end swap?

I'm sure this has been posted before, i'm curious what the difference is between a 2008+ E450 front end and a 2008+ F450 in terms of doing a swap? Mainly the grill and headlights from an F250-450 to an E450. Couldn't find a lot of info on this with a google search.
Any info would be appreciated!

I don't think using F-series parts for this swap is possible, despite looking very similar I believe the grill and lights are slightly different in shape. Besides... the hood, bumper, rad support, fenders and some wiring from an E-series Superduty would also be required so you may as well source it all from the same donor.

For the most part there is little to no compatibility between the E-Series body parts and F-Series body parts.

Seems this question recurs every few weeks?

I have seen the swap with the 08 e450 front end to a 99 e450 maybe thats what the op meant to ask. Ill see if i can upload a photo of one.

That's possible but rather than us guessing or assuming what was meant we respond to what was posted.

OP hasn't returned to their own thread so must not have been that important?
