Welcome to FTE.

Some of these is easy to figure, but here is as much of it as I can pull.

F61 = F600 gas 4x2

C = 370 2V (notes "F600 only". The 429 4V uses the same code for '79. You should have badging, an emissions sticker or just go by 2bbl vs. 4bbl)

V = Kentucky Truck Plant

EE0285 = 1979 series number

158 = 158 inch wheelbase

M = White

F615 = F600 gas, 4x2, 23,000lbs GVWR

GA8 = Standard Cab. I do not have upholstery or seat info.

L = Transmatic (Allison) model AT-540 automatic transmission. (The MPC copy I have says this is a 6 speed, everything else including Allison info [link below] says it's a 4 speed)

53M (EDIT: See post 3, front axle code is M, not H as per prior decode)
53 = Rockwell (Timken) model H-172 rear axle, 17,500lbs capacity, 6.17 ratio
M = Ford 7,000lb capacity front axle with power steering. (Do you have power steering?) (for '78 & '79 M also decodes to 12,000lbs capacity with optional frame color and manual steering but the 7,000lb axle makes sense, the 12k not so much)

23000 = 23,000lbs GVWR

72 = San Jose District Code

I changed the axle code. If there is anything else that seems out of order, let me know and I'll look it up again.
