KR leather rejuvenation
What I have learned is that the leather is unlike most cars leather, it is not coated, it is basically the same as saddle leather.
So that got me thinking why not get some saddle conditioner, yeah that the easy way, doesnt work.
I stumbled upon a product called Leather Honey, it claims to soften the leather and as long as you dont use the cleaner it will make the seats look a whole lot better.
So this morning I hit up the local parts store and grabbed a bottle, yes I know I should have taken some before and after photos and shared, unfortunately I'm an impatient person and I just dove right in.
I can say this so far has the best overall appearance of anything I have tried, I have some dog scratches that I never though would go away and this stuff did it.
I'm currently in the drying/curing phase, it says 2 hours but overnight for a better result, I did it at 915 am this morning and in spots it appears to be ready to buff off the excess (lots of people say that it makes the seats sticky, I think they may have missed the buffing step) .
It did darken the seats a bit, but overall I feel there is a HUGE improvement in the overall condition and look of them.
I'll post a picture tomorrow morning after I remove the excess, if there is any..
