Rollerized C6 - 78 F150
Getting transmission rebuilt and asked the guy to rollerize it. They put a video on their Facebook I thought you guys might like. Not sure how to pull the video off Facebook, but it's the third one down on their page right now:

About 10 years ago I needed a sb c6 rebuilt and found a guy on Craigslist. I was skeptical, so drove out to talk to him. He had had a shop that only did c6's. Now, he had a full lift beside his house and garage, and we're talking near LA! He had lathes and a full shop in his garage. I started noticing racing pics on the walls, and it turns out he builds all the c6's for the baja race team. When he built my trans, business was slow and he was bored, so he went wild, installed all bearings, shift kit, trick everything. It shifted quick and firm, just boom.
After driving it for 10 years, I posted an add on Craigslist to sell it with a pic of a sticker with the rebuilder's name, and b/c it had that guy's name on it, it sold in minutes, and for enough to nearly pay for the rebuild on a zf5.

That's cool. I'm not going for the full drag strip treatment for a good while, but if anything fails I'll take it back to this guy and just tell him to upgrade what failed. This shop also puts a 3 yr/ 100k warranty on their installed transmissions, so that's nice. I probably won't make near enough power to sweat this C6, but it's peace of mind to have it a little overbuilt when I wanna romp on it or tow something heavy. I'll be installing an extra transmission cooler and aluminum pan after I'm finished moving this May. Rich, if your reading this, I'm heading back to Show-Me land. I'll be looking at the MO chapter updates.
