CB Antenna

I was wandering if a mirror mount cb antenna will fit on a ranger with manual mirrors. I was wandering if it would fit on the little bar between the mirror and bracket thats connected to the truck.

I think the mirror mount is more so made for semi's, at least if your going to get a 5 foot whip. but if you just put a little antenna on i dont see why it wouldnt work.

I'm pretty sure it won't fit because of the design of the mirrors on the new trucks. You have to have a perfectly round bar for it to clamp to.

I have a Wilson 1000 mag mount on the roof. Looks good, and if I need to take it off to go into a garage, or parking garage, the antenna simply srews off, and you can leave the base right there...Jay
