I'm not sure if this is where this goes but i have seen cb radio and accessories on most audio and video sites. I was wandering if neone knew how the splitters that use your existing radio antenna and makes it also usable for a cb antenna work. I mean I know how they work but i was wandering if they were ne good. Or did the reception of the cb really stink. Also does it mess up the reception of the radio?
I have seen them, but I would not use them. Some people ( ) that run CB's run power with them. You do not want this extra power running into your AM/FM radio. It can burn out the AM side of your radio - plus do some other damage.
I would recommend running 2 separate antennas if possible.
