Due to some problems removing my driver's side vent window, it got hung up on the weather stripping and thus really had a hard time getting it out. The vent window was out of it at the time, and the outer frame bent like a paperclip. I cannot seem to bend it back and have the vent window work satisfactorily. Unfortunatley in 56 the vent windows and frames were all part of an assembly and so nobody I can find lists the outer frame as a separate part. You would have to buy the whole window assembly as a unit at D.C. and Mid Fifty at least. Anybody have a good straight one in their pile of parts they want to move on? Need this outer vent window frame, driver's side for a 1956.
