Thanks for the info Rudiak. I called Sinister who I got the EGR delete kit from and they said due to EPA guidelines they can’t offer tech support for any products related to their EGR system.
Not a problem at all. Take the O ring out, carefully as it may come out in pieces but hopefully not. Go to a gasket shop. They will be able to find out the the durometer of the O ring and size. They will cut and glue you a new one. I work in maintenance in a chemical plant and we have kits and do this all the time.
