There are basically two types of senders. One is for guages and the other is for warning(idiot) lights. Did the doner car have guages or lights?

There are two sendor for the temperature, the one wire is for the gauge and the two wires is for the computer. The 2.9 has an oil pressure sendor on the drivers side of the block with one wire and an oil level senser on the drivers side of the oil pan.

I believe the vehicle had gauges as it was an 87 F250
so i only need one wire per guage?
Do i just cut hte other 2 off?

Use the one wire ones for the gauge and skip the two wire one if your not using a computer.
