Helm may not have it since the van is so old. Try Bishko auto books (don't know the webpage).
I bought my manual from them and it was $190!! But it is complete for all 1988 f-150, f-250, f-350, and all E class too (over 300 pages).
If you really can't spend the money, maybe I can xerox the parts you want and help you out.
