IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE THIS!? THIS YELLOW WIRE N RED WIRE WITH THIS GREEN FUSE THINGY ON THE RIGHT!?

i cant start my truck unless i jump start it so imma try put another battery in and see if things chamge but my friend asked me what are those wires amd i really dont know why its like that....truck is also running rough since my friend had taken that whole thimg off then put it back on...idk if he put it back on the right way but ever since then truck hasnt run the same

Those are the mega fuses. As you can see in the picture the holder for those fuses is melted/broken, whatever. A poorly done repair. Proper mega fuse holders with caps for the terminals should be available. Check PICO and Littlefuse websites.

The truck will probably run rough if power was cut from the PCM for a time. The computer has to relearn drive-ability.
