...so your truck was a present from your wife--who's the new present from? You seem to be well connected with generous friends and relatives. I hope all is well up there in "Title Town USA".

I've been busy lately, Last Saturday my buddy and I went on a 400 mile road trip to pick up an 8BA core engine (that's what the manifold is sitting on) Monday I did a 150 mile trip to pick up a T5 transmission. I'm putting a new floor in the cab of my '49 and building a 355 CID fuel injected small block for my '88 GMC. Plus doing all my "honey do" items, After working 50+ years I thought I'd have some rocking chair time once I retired, I'm busier now than when I was working 60 hours a week.
It's good the new gift came from "Joe", not an old random girlfriend or something. LOL. Congratulations on your retirement and the new lifestyle that comes along with it. Be sure to keep us up to date on your projects that you have going. You seem to be a guy that makes speed a priority--many of our members share that passion and will be interested in what you are doing.
