I have a 99 f250 regular cab long bed I'm 4x4 swapping. What I need is the rear driveshaft but can't find it. Anyone know what I would need? If you're needing to know it's got a 5.4 triton and 4r100 4x4 transmission.
Can't you have one made? Take a donor drive shaft and have it lengthened or shortened and rebalanced. Then you'll have a new slip yoke, just need accurate measurements.

^^^^^^^^^This, look for a reputable drive line shop in your area. They can build, balance, and properly phase a new shaft for you. They also likely have all the correct joints, yokes, and spline shafts in stock too.
Yep, find a good shop and take them your old drive shaft with measurements from U joint to U joint center to center. They should be able to take care of you.
I'm finding that if you pop the number below in to a google search, they are available through ebay, Amazon and quite a few other places, but it may be less expensive if you just have one made, IDK, last time for me was 20+ years ago and it cost me $120.00 back then to just to have a shaft shortened.
