I just mean instead of spending money on a Carli kit, have it always come form the factory with a 2” lift and throw on 20’ on 35s with a negative offset.

It's not a 2" lift. Part of that number comes from the difference between a 33" tire and the 35" tire that comes on the Tremor. In the rear its a 3" block instead of the 2" used on the non Tremor.
My take on your question is, if you plan to change the wheels and tires, don't care about the front LSD diff, and only want the Tremor for its claimed 2" lift, you are probably better off with a Carli lift and the wheels and tires of your choice.
My opinion is that a Carli kit would be a better suspension package compared to the factory Tremor stuff, could be wrong.
Either way its your money, your truck. Buying a Tremor and slapping some wheels/tires on is easy and fast. You could also get a good amount for the take offs.
If you want it done from the factory and the resale value that comes with factory options, go for the Tremor option. If you don't care about resale, go with the aftermarket stuff.
Instead of buying a normal SD that I would level, isn’t it better to just get a Tremor slap on the wheels and 35” tires I want?
OP, like others have said, you will need to figure out what you will be using the truck for in the end. I just turned in my last diesel after a lemon law battle and ordered a F-250 Tremor as it's replacement. So having said that, warranty is somewhat important to me from this last experience and the Tremor mods (ever so slight) are factory warrantied. Having also had several lifted trucks in the past and finding out such modifications were really not "needed" on my end, I ordered the Tremor package as it fills my offroad needs for hunting in the mountains and still has good street mannerisms from the factory.
At the end of the day, it is a $4K option like others have stated. But for me, it came ready to use and saved me some time and pain.
