I think the Roll-A-Long is the name of a motor home company that built their motor homes on truck and van chassis. Here is a link with pictures of both with the van being a 1979 E350. If you are looking for a manual Ford service for mechanic work, i can help you find one of them but if you are looking for a manual for the motorhome, I don't know.
