6.2 Question

Looking at a 2014 F250 with the 6.2 and 118,000. Is that to high of mileage.

No its not assuming the hours are normal and the rest of the truck is ok.

Needed the plugs changed and radiator flushed at 100k.

Ha... I hope not. Yesterday I bought a 2011 F250 with a 6.2 with 149,000 on it. Runs like a top.

My 2012 6.2 was a pipe line service truck. Bought in 2015 with 138k miles. It now has 186k and just under 6k hours. It still runs great. All I have done is replace wear items and perform maintenance as needed.

I agree. The 1st one I was looking at had 200k on it. It was a fx4 with 4.30's. I drove 6 hours to get it, it threw a check engine light while test driving it. They put a scan tool on it and said it was the cat's. I couldn't convince myself to buy it and drive 6 hours home. I still regret not getting that truck.

Even with 200k on it, it was tighter than the one I bought with 138k.
