at startup and idle

What car? Gonna need a bit more info on the vehicle, especially if it has a 2v engine or a 3v engine, as one of these has a common engine knock issue.

04 expedition 4x4 Eddie Bauer 5.4 litre
My husband put a service design wheel hub on. P04 expedition that has 190000 miles on it will that be ok drive on it as a spare vechile

car still has a vibration after putting that on
