Thanks Jim! Yes it was. Dad has had Alzheimers for many years now. It was early on set and for the last few years he has really gone downhill. He was only 72 years old.

It has been untypically dry for vermont since last summer. Usually a dry summer will indicate a higher precipitation winter but the winter was dry and now spring is looking dry, at least the next couple weeks aren't showing much. I personally don't mind an earlier dry spring so the water stays out of the basement.

Good morning Jim! Been raining here since last night. Rain gauge showed about 3/4 of an inch so far. Still raining and is suppose to for a day or so yet.
