Front end Vibration

Hi, I have a 2015 F150 4X4, had a low hum coming from the Left front wheel end for about 70,000 KMS, finally got bad enough to get it changed. When changed all was good for 3 KMS, then major vibration. Took it back, they replaced again. All was good again for 3 KMS. Just a little vibration this time, so decided to let it develop. The vibration would last between 1-3 seconds then be fine again. Got the shop mechanic to come for a ride and showed him, he didn't know what it was. Later realized it was literally almost exactly 3 KMS (or almost 2 Miles) every time. Only happens when below freezing. When warm, no problem. Have 5000 KMS on it now, just got cold again today, and vibrated bad this time, and didn't go away. Had to pull over, put in reverse for a few feet. Once back in drive, no problem again for the rest of the trip. When I got close to home, pulled over, put in park, turned off engine for a few seconds and reset my trip odometer. Again after 3 KMS, persistent vibration. Any Ideas? I think I'll ask them to check the IWE vacuum, but weird that it seems to be connected to distance and goes away. Doesn't matter if hwy speed or city...
