My Transfer case has just been diagnosed as an issue that needs replaced the truck is 2014 mint condition only serviced at Ford dealers yet there is a large amount of metal grinds coming out of the transfer case in the oil. I have talked to Ford as the truck has only done 70,000 kms to no satisfaction.
any information or contact with people having similar truck issues please let me know.

5yr/60,000 mile powertrain warranty so it would seem you've surpassed the time, not the mileage limit. Tough luck on that one and I feel your pain, I only have 23,000 miles on my 2013 and the evaporator is leaking. That's gonna cost me a little over $500 usd and only because I know how to do the work and already have the tools required.
It seems both of us should have bought an extended time limit ESP, I did have an ESP but I didn't choose the longer time limit. pfffft, schit happens to all of them not just Ford.
Ford has had multiple years of evaporator leak issues which is shameful. You'd think they'd put a little more effort into it, considering it's basically the first part put under the dash and most time consuming to repair for the price of the part. Not to mention the release of refrigerant to the atmosphere with every failure. So much for environmental responsibility. Some other manufacturers seem to have the same evaporator issues, not just Ford.
It seems I've noticed that Honda's rarely have issues with their evaporator's yet seem to have issues with their condensers leaking. I say this as many of the people I know have Honda's and always ask me about their issues. I just read about this on Honda forums. That may be from road debris hitting them or poor build quality, I don't know. At least you don't have to remove the dashboard to change out a condenser. As for the Ford transfer case, my brothers 03 F150's shift fork broke the second time he used 4wd. My 02's transfer case was ok with 120k when I tore it down as I was doing a 4r70w trans rebuild. I did have to clean up the shift motor though. I bought the truck used with 55k on it so it's possible it was rebuilt but didn't look that way.

Different generation of F-150. This is the 2009 - 2014 F150 forum.
