Get a Curt 10,000lb trailer hitch for the truck and Timbrens or Sumo whatever springs if needed.
Otherwise you need a WDH. I am not familiar with them but you should be able to use it on a car trailer.
Your hitch is good to like 5,000 without WDH. Granted I exceed this but that is the legal paperwork and it says it on the hitch.
7,000 isnt much either I would see if its loaded properly. The truck is supposed to sag but not unlevel. Do you have a pic?

Actually the 6.2 was the only motor in the F150 Harley Davidson for the 12th Gen and was available in the Lariat on up from 2011, the FX in 2013 and as far down as the XLT in the 2014. As a $2500 option it wasn't in many though.

I think 2013 was the last year the 6.2 was available in the F150. I looked at a 2013 Screw Lariat 501A with the 6.2 but at the time really couldn't swing the payments. I bought my first 3.5 Eco XLT 301A 4X4 it was a 2012 with a huge discount, if I remember correctly it was around $7,000.
