Way more support for the 5.0L. And no turbo plumbing to mess with. The 5.0L would be the easiest and cheapest to do.

You may also look in the older truck areas as I have seen 1 or 2 coyote swaps done.
Thing is you would most likely need to go with the transmission that is bolted to the motor and all of that is computer run read $$$$$ for the computer on top of the motor / trans.
