Ongoing E4OD Problem
I am still trying to find out what is wrong with my 1994 Ford F150 4X4. Transmission goes into lock-out at second gear, ect. When the truck is cold the trans shifts like it is supposed to but when it starts to warm up the lock-out problem seems to occur. Ford said that there was a code 452 coming up so I replaced the VSS on the rearend, replaced the PSOM, checked all wiring coming from the VSS (shows continuity), checked the tone ring, and changed the fluid in the diff and the trans. Also tried another computer but none of these have corrected my problem. Do you have any other ideas what could be causing this?
