LED light on tailgate

LED light on tailgate
Is this much water normal inside the housing for the LED light on the tailgate? Not sure if its condensation or from washing the truck.

I too have this moisture in there, and am wondering what the "fix" might be, perhaps a new O-ring or some type of gasket around that LED??
