Well, I have been searching high and low and I can’t find this piece or answer my question. I’ve been looking to get rid of that gnarly grey stereo bezel that is the same color as the center console and door switch covers. I painted my switch covers and painted the center console, but can’t figure out how to remove the stereo to get the grey piece off. The dash kits don’t have a molded piece for the stereo, just a flat sticker.
Anyone have any luck with this? I’ve got a 2013 F-250 Lariat
Watch this YouTube video. About 2 minutes in it shows how to get the whole bezel off. I'm sure the wood side pices come off because they're sold separately.
