Welcome to FTE. Click on the "Forums" banner at the top left of your screen. From there you can navigate to what ever section best suits your needs. Everything is broken in to various groups. Such as truck type, year, engines, transmissions, etc. For your issue, Try the truck section and the transmission section. Please provide the members with as much information as you can. Truck type, (150.250/Ranger/Expedition), the year model, your engine type/size and your transmission model number.

Is this on the 2007 F-150 listed in your profile?
Next step would be to post over in the "2004 - 2008 F150" forum. Include the year, model, odometer, and any other information that you think would help with diagnosis.
This is usually an overhaul kind of thing though, so don't be surprised if that's the word from the experts over there.
