So after waiting 4 months for my truck it finally came in today signed all paper work and left got about 10 min down the road went to turn on the radio and no dice there is also a no gps signal on the screen called the salesman said they will get to it sometime next week but I’m pissed the truck was 80k! Anyone know how to fix it?

GPS, do you mean navigation? You have a 800 + page manual to review. There is a reset trick you need. On mine it is the power button on the centre stack and the FF button to the right of it. I don’t have a 2021 but there is a way. It’s all in the manual. You hold the power and FF button together for about 3 Mississippi’s. I would also review the fuses and check those too. But honestly, I would be taking right back to the dealer, they should have reviewed this with you before they sent you on you repeat, set up amd connected your phone, set the radio presets, the seats and tilt steering ect.

 

Was it working when you test drove it? I wonder if they didn’t do everything necessary for dealer prep.

I traded in a 2018 f250 they asked if I needed help doing all that but I said no I can get it since my old truck was about the same with sync and all that and it was the end of the day so they were not real persistent on doing it I called the salesman and he said they will look at it sometime next week I’m just pissed that for 80k that someone didn’t check this before it was ever given to me and to just say I’ll get to it next week sometime really gets under my skin lol

 

When I say no gps there is a thing in the navigation screen that says gps with a red line through it and it shows the truck in Michigan but I live in Ohio the truck was built in Kentucky

 

It’s not picking up cell, connect your cell by Bluetooth or connect with the wire to cell. IPhone or Galaxy?

 

Also I did check the fuse for the radio all is good there and I did a soft reset and a full reset neither worked

 

Does your truck have the modem, service set up or connect phone?

 

Is it still in transport mode? They need to look at it asap, thats bs.

Ahhhh, I know the problem, you have to pay 81k to get radio to work!

Seriously though, the dealer as well as yourself should have checked all that. They usually help pair your phone to the system.
in any case, they will fix it. Thats what warranty is for.
